Dimension Surveyors

Dimension Surveyors was formed in early 1995 out of the need to provide survey services that were not being provided by other survey companies. It was formed by three people with a common goal - to close the gap between Surveyor and Customer.

In February 1995 Barry, Roger and Paul searched the North Shore for premises (it seemed a big decision at the time!), and they signed a lease for one year at 42 Porana Road, Glenfield. The company colours of Pink and Grey turned out to be a clever piece of marketing due to people either loving or hating them. Either way, the desired effect was achieved ... we were remembered.

In the early days it was a common occurence for Barry, Roger and Paul to be working through to the early hours of the morning to make sure that a promise which had been made to a client was achieved. At one point we had little need for a security alarm since the office was manned almost 24 hours a day.

In the last few years we have grown quite rapidly and now have a total of 20 staff on our team. We have been developing the business and putting systems in place to ensure that we provide timely and accurate services to our clients.

We pride ourselves on helping the client/customer by guiding them through the Land Development process so they achieve their goals, in the shortest possible time and without the stress that can easily develop when things don't go according to plan.
